When movement and breath come together, we can find ourselves in a moving meditation. In times when our mind is restless or we feel disturbed or uncomfortable, moving meditation can be a very accessible way to restore the balance of the body and the mind. Yoga is a process of unfolding, letting go of layers and finding that inner balance. In Nieke’s classes you will explore how to enhance your mobility and stability, how to find the right balance between movement and stillness and how to allow the breath to lead your movement. A practice where feeling in more relevant than doing.
MyInnerBalance offers group classes where students are invited to explore and negotiate their personal practice in a flow or movement practice, as well as individually tailored classes for private students which may include people with physical and mental blockages.
