Fascia in Motion
Exploring the power of natural movement applied in our Vinyasa yoga practice
Introducing fascia, tensegrity, gravity, spirals & waves.
Yoga is an ancient practice that gives tools to reduce suffering in life.
The modern, physical component of yoga is rapidly growing in popularity in the Western world, making yoga a type of sport. This tends to bring force and competition to a practice that is meant to be healing.
Often, the beautiful practice of yoga brings struggle, force and even pain and injuries to many practitioners. The question is - Can we adjust our practice to be a pain and strain-free one, without losing its dynamics and essence?
This workshop is for students of all levels with body awareness and curiosity to why we move and how natural movement can be beneficial in our yoga practice.
You will be taken on a personal exploratory journey where we explore human anatomy in relationship to movement & yoga. We will play with different ways of moving in our Asana practice in order to enjoy optimal expression of postures and transitions without force.
Learn how to find mobility through more natural, energy-efficient and safe way of moving our bodies through different Asana and shapes, addressing the fascial body, gravity and the natural waves & spirals in our physical bodies.
This workshop offers an insight in new anatomy and science related to mobility and movement therapy applied in our yoga practice.

- Cultivating awareness and negotiating space
- The feet and their communication capacity
- Using gravity and momentum in our practice
- Spiral, wave and pulse into deeper sensations
